Two loops, one MCC Two rectangular loops meet at a single MCC node in the middle. The upper loop carries OCC and the executives. The lower loop carries parts and logistics, planning, engineering and line stations, every one of them linked to each of the others by a straight line. MCC pushes work out to the lower loop and takes a constant stream back from every node on both. OCC EXECUTIVES PARTS AND LOGISTICS LINE STATIONS PLANNING ENGINEERING MCC

Add aircraft, not headcount

Streamline communication and workflows.

Automated workflows

An inbound message opens, updates and closes the work without anyone retyping it.

Metrics that match the standard

Delay coding, SLA and reliability reporting follow IATA and regulatory definitions, not a local spreadsheet.

One line of sight

MCC, engineering, line stations and vendors see the same status at the same time.

What fragmentation costs

The answer exists. It is in six inboxes.

A technical delay clears in minutes when the controller has the defect history, the MEL status, the part position, and the station on one screen. It clears in an hour when those live in four systems and a phone call.

Defect history

Open defects, repeats, and recent closures sit with the event they belong to.

MEL status

Active deferrals, limits, and expiry dates stay next to the dispatch decision.

Part and station

Part position and station capability show before the controller commits to a plan.

synConnect

Type B and AIDX traffic built to IATA and ARINC standards.

Controllers watch status live, resend when they need to, and let an inbound DLA, RFP, FUELREQ or AOG message start the workflow on its own.

Unique connections

Global reach from one connection into the network.

Airlines, airports, OEMs and logistics partners already on it.

Connected applications

Operational, maintenance and cargo systems exchanging messages worldwide.

Modules

Built around the desks that keep aircraft moving.

Every module reads and writes the same event record, so a delay, a defect and a part order stay connected from the first message to closeout.

Delays and SLA management

Keep the operation on track with monitoring that runs ahead of the report.

  • Real time delay tracking
  • SLA compliance monitoring
  • Vendor accountability
  • Performance insight by station

Defect management

Plan the work and the resources around it before the deferral runs out.

  • Planning and resource allocation
  • Logistics coordination
  • Reliability triggers from rectifAI
  • Proactive maintenance scheduling

AOG desk

Parts, shipments and recovery times in one view while the aircraft is down.

  • Full visibility of parts and shipments
  • Integrated with major service providers
  • Recovery performance metrics
  • Comprehensive SLA tracking

Who uses it

One platform, every seat in technical operations.

Frontline controllers

The message, the defect and the aircraft in one place.

Delay managers

Live delay tracking, SLA compliance and vendor accountability.

Engineering

Dispositions backed by fleet history and repeat data.

AOG desk and logistics

Parts, shipments and recovery times in view from the first call.

Defect managers

Planning, deferrals and reliability triggers on one board.

Reliability engineers

MTBUR, trends and hot spots without manual data mining.

A second check on every high impact decision.

rectifAI is an always on maintenance controller. When an MEL is applied or removed, a technical delay comes in, or engineering is asked for a disposition, it tests the decision against the data already on the record: open defects, MEL and event history, recent repeats, compliance constraints and the next planned visit.

The pass takes under two seconds. The controller still makes the call.

rectifAI guidance

Proceed with the MEL. Add a follow up check at the next overnight.

MCC retains final authority. rectifAI provides the second check.

Explainable AI controller

Closed loop, auditable decisions
  • Symbolic rules, probabilistic risk scores and reinforcement learning in one control loop
  • Compliance checks with confidence thresholds and human in the loop fallback
  • Full auditability: rule trace, data lineage, confidence vector and decision logs

Orchestration and data intelligence

Plans, executes and validates
  • Multi tool planning with parallel SQL, vector search and dependency aware execution
  • Guardrails: role based access, compliance mode and automatic escalation on critical cases
  • Query strategy tuned for latency, with every output grounded in your data

Learning knowledge layer

Real time operational memory
  • Unified embeddings for similarity search, case recall and pattern matching
  • Updates continuously from events, actions and defects with no retraining cycle
  • Surfaces recurrence, reliability gaps and hot spots before they reach dispatch

Patterns nobody has time to find by hand.

rectifAI reads technical events, delays, defects and part transactions as they land. It flags recurrence, system failure trends and non compliant deferrals, then posts MTBUR, deferral trends, closure patterns and high impact components straight to your dashboards.

Recurrence flagged in a technical event trend A monthly bar trend of technical events with three consecutive months marked as a recurrence cluster. Recurrence flagged Technical events by month ATA 72 / fleet

Data sovereignty

Your data stays inside your environment.

rectifAI is deployed on a data sovereign architecture. Operational data, events and analysis stay in your controlled environment. No data sharing, no external training, no exposure to public AI models.

It learns from your fleet and your maintenance history, and what it learns stays yours.

Data sovereign deployment Synops, rectifAI and the fleet data sit inside a boundary marked as your environment. The link to public AI models is cut, with no external training.
